All participants must be at least 5 years of age. Ages 5-7 must be accompanied by an adult supervisor at all times, this adult supervisor will receive 50% off their pass

All supervising adults must be at least 18 years of age, this policy is in place to ensure the child has adequate supervision at all times. We find under age supervisors tend to gravitate towards water park features that interest them leaving the child unattended.

Yes, we do provide 10% off group discounts for in-person purchasing of our General Admission pass. To access this discount, you must purchase 10 or more General Admission passes in person. In addition to the in-person discount you can find active promo codes in our Instagram bio @splashBCwaterparks

Yes, we do have large group discounts, these discounts are determined by the total number of participants. Please email us for the most up-to-date group rates starting at 10 or more participants.

As a safety precaution we do not hold phones or wallets, however we can hold on to your keys. This is why we recommend locking valuable personal items in your vehicle.

No, we do not accept cash for the safety of our staff members. Credit cards, debit cards and various forms of apple pay are accepted. Please understand that although it is ‘legal tender’ it is not illegal to refuse cash payments, we value the safety of our staff and have taken simple but effective measures to help increase their wellbeing within our work environment.

Yes, we can use the one chaperone pass between two parents and or supervising adults.

Larger locations have more water park features and operating expenses, our location price will reflect this

We do not recommend leaving any child alone at or around our facility. Our staff members are in place to monitor children on the water park, however they are not monitoring or minding children on shore. You will have to determine if your child is old enough and responsible enough to be left in a public space by themselves without additional supervision.

No, at this time we do not offer a season pass, this is primarily due to the open nature of our business and inability to monitor children within a confined space once they are back within the public beach. Because of child minding liability within a public space we are not able to provide a season pass at this time.

Our on-site manager will provide you with a free pass to use at your convenience in the event of a park closure. If your purchase is within an hour of the park closure and we will not be re-opening, then we can provide you with a full refund on-site.

Our online purchasing does allow for self-re-booking, please refer to Fareharbor for further assistance at 1 855 495 5551. If you would like to cancel your booking please provide your purchase confirmation and we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 businesses for refund processing.

Yes, your pass will allow you entry to any of our locations within the same day, please ensure you keep and provide proof of purchase when accessing the next location. You must check into the location you pass was purchased for before utilizing our same day multi-location feature.
If you have purchased your pass for the wrong location please notify our on-site staff upon arrival and they will be able to correct the purchase location.
