What merchandise is available for purchase?
We offer Splash beach towels, water grip socks, waterproof film cameras, and hats. Items are available online or at check-in, subject to availability and location.
Can spectators watch from the beach?
Yes, all of our locations are located at public beaches with no restrictions to beach access or viewing from safe distances.
Is the water park slippery?
Yes, the water park is very slippery and you should anticipate slips, slides and falls throughout the course.
What is the minimum age to access the water park?
The park is for ages 5+. Children ages 5–7 must be accompanied on the park by a supervising adult (19+). Supervisor Access Passes are available at a discounted rate.
A ‘Kidz Zone’ (ages 3–7) is available at select locations, including Penticton.
Can my 16-year-old supervise my 6-year-old?
No. All supervising individuals must be at least 19 years old. This policy ensures adequate supervision and guest safety.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Promotions are offered throughout the season via our website and social channels. For groups of 10 or more, please contact us directly.
Do you have group rates?
Yes. Group bookings (10+ participants) and private sessions may be available. Contact us for pricing, availability, and booking details.
Where can I store my personal items?
As a safety precaution we do not hold phones or wallets, however we can hold on to your keys. This is why we recommend locking valuable personal items in your vehicle.
Do you accept cash?
For the safety of our staff, we are a cashless operation. We accept credit cards, debit cards and mobile payments including Apple Pay.
Can my partner and I take turns as the chaperone?
Yes, we can use the one chaperone pass between two parents and or supervising adults.
Why do prices vary between locations?
Larger locations have more water park features and operating expenses. Pricing at each location reflects this.
Can I drop my child off?
We do not recommend leaving any child alone at or around our facility. Our staff members are in place to monitor children on the water park, however they are not monitoring or minding children on shore. You will have to determine if your child is old enough and responsible enough to be left in a public space by themselves without additional supervision.
Do you offer season passes?
We do not offer season passes. To stay informed on packages, promotions, and new offers, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter.
Is the park safe?
Equipment is TÜV tested and compliant with international safety standards / Life jackets are provided and required / Staff complete pre-season certification training / Staff participate in ongoing in-service training and evaluations / Parks are actively supervised at all times.
How early should I arrive?
We suggest arriving 15-20 minutes prior to your estimated entry time.
Do I need to know how to swim?
Participants must be comfortable swimming in deep water.
Will I get a refund if the park is closed down during our visit due to weather?
Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing.
Can I cancel my online purchase and/or change the date of my booking?
If you would like to cancel your booking please provide your purchase confirmation and we will process your refund. Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing.
Can I use my Peachland pass in Kelowna?
Yes, your pass will allow you entry to any of our locations within the same day, please ensure you keep and provide proof of purchase when accessing the next location. You must check into the location you pass was purchased for before utilizing our same day multi-location feature.
If you have purchased your pass for the wrong location please notify our on-site staff upon arrival and they will be able to correct the purchase location.
Can Supervisor Access Passes be shared?
Supervisor Access Passes may be interchanged between eligible adults (19+) with approval from on-site staff. All supervisors must check in before accessing the park.
